E-Liquids consist of natural and artificial flavors, glycerin, water, and nicotine. Glycerin is divided into two categories propylene glycol (Propylene Glycol - PG) and glycerin (Vegetable Glycerine - VG), most replacement liquids are mixed products of both classes but there are also liquids containing only propylene glycol and/or vegetable glycerin.
